Wedding cakes with a painter's eye.
Minimal, softly textured cakes from a home studio in Salt Lake City, made by an artist who started with paint and paper.
Quiet cakes, loud on the day.
White on white, a little texture, a few real flowers. Each one is designed around the couple, the venue and the light it will sit in.

Less is more.
I paint with buttercream now.
Before cake, there was painting and drawing. I still think like a painter: a little texture, a lot of white space, and nothing on the cake that doesn't need to be there.
I've been making cakes for couples since 2014, all from my home studio in the Salt Lake Valley. Every cake starts with a conversation about you, your venue and the feeling you want in the room.
